Google Forms

Valerie Sun April 5, 2020

Google Forms can be combined with target language resources to create interpretive practice. Teachers can embed YouTube videos, images, texts, and hyperlinks into the form with questions for students to answer in order to demonstrate comprehension.

To learn to create an interpretive Google Form teachers may wish to view this video, created by Catherine Ousselin (French Teacher, WL Curriculum Design and Technology Consultant, AATF Social Media Manager, Commission on Technology Chair, AATF Regional IX Representative, and 2017 PNCFL Teacher of the Year).

Students who create their own forms are creating a product for presentational communication.

Google Forms can be used for interpretive and presentational communication.
